Our Administrator

DeLaunte' Crawford, RN has been a nurse for 15 years. DeLaunte' earned her nursing license (LVN) while serving our country in the military and later went on to complete her degree as a Registered Nurse.  She is licensed to practice nursing by the Texas State Board of Nursing and surrounding compact states.  DeLaunte' has operated in several capacities in the healthcare industry. Her expertise and longevity however, is in home care, Assisted Living and  Nursing Homes. DeLaunte is a proud member of the Texas Association for Nurses and the National Association for Women Business Owners.  She is dedicated to assuring our patients understand that quality care is our #1 priority and that the quality care that our patients receive is our BOTTOM LINE!

 Brenda Shugart, RN has been practicing nursing for 15 + years. Brenda brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization to lead her team to new heights.  It is the personal mission of Brenda that every elderly and disabled patients receives the best quality care available. When you speak with her patients and their physician's it is evident that she is fulfilling her mission.  She is dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate health care to patients in their homes.  Our services will promote independence,dignity,choice, privacy and individuality in meeting healthcare needs and preferences of our patients.
